Abstract
Tentsio altuko litio-ioi baterietan erabiltzen diren materialen artean LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4-aren (LNMO) espinela fasea da etorkizun handienetakoa duena. Ikerketa lan honetan, LNMO geruza mehea altzairu herdoilgaitz substratuen gainean ezarri da AC ihinztadura-katodiko bitartez. Ondoren, tratamendu termikoa aplikatu zaie lorturiko laginen kristalizazioan tenperaturak izan dezakeen eragina aztertzeko asmotan. Azkenik, karga/deskarga test galbanostikoa erabili da beraien ezaugarri elektrokimikoak ezagutzeko eta, bide batez, merkatuan aurki daitekeen elektrodoarekin konparatu da.
The spinel phase of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 (LNMO) is considered one of the most promising material for high-voltage lithium-ion batteries. In this work, the LNMO thin films were deposited by AC magnetron sputtering on Stainless steel substrates. The cathodes were post-annealed to study the impact of the temperature on its crystallization. Finally, the electrochemical properties were investigated with galvanostatic charge/discharge test, and were compared with a commercial LNMO electrode.
