dc.description.abstract | Tentsio altuko litio-ioi baterietan erabiltzen diren materialen artean LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4-aren (LNMO) espinela fasea da etorkizun handienetakoa duena. Ikerketa lan honetan, LNMO geruza mehea altzairu herdoilgaitz substratuen gainean ezarri da AC ihinztadura-katodiko bitartez. Ondoren, tratamendu termikoa aplikatu zaie lorturiko laginen kristalizazioan tenperaturak izan dezakeen eragina aztertzeko asmotan. Azkenik, karga/deskarga test galbanostikoa erabili da beraien ezaugarri elektrokimikoak ezagutzeko eta, bide batez, merkatuan aurki daitekeen elektrodoarekin konparatu da. | eus |
dc.description.abstract | The spinel phase of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 (LNMO) is considered one of the most promising material for high-voltage lithium-ion batteries. In this work, the LNMO thin films were deposited by AC magnetron sputtering on Stainless steel substrates. The cathodes were post-annealed to study the impact of the temperature on its crystallization. Finally, the electrochemical properties were investigated with galvanostatic charge/discharge test, and were compared with a commercial LNMO electrode. | en |
