After a dispute end in judgment, we’d start to analyze the complete processes, which may include, at least, the valuation of judicial appointment, and the expert opinion commissioned by the parties. In these processes, it is analyzed whether there is alignment between the verdict and the ruled by the court expert, without neglecting the responsibility of the expert architect.
