The analysis of a wide range of architectural expertise cases, related to the judicial process, helps us to understand those aspects of interest for the study of certain elements of great importance, both for the preparation of expert opinion and to his defense at the hearing. After a dispute end in judgment, we’d start to analyze the complete processes, which may include, at least, the valuation of judicial appointment, and the expert opinion commissioned by the parties. In these processes, it is analyzed whether there is alignment between the verdict and the ruled by the court expert, without neglecting the responsibility of the expert architect.
