Abstract

However, if we look at social services, we see that no Community work is done, not even at basic social services, and in order to know the reason behind it, we need to create an analysis framework. Thus, in this article, through interviews with experts, the elements that condition the implementation of the community dimension in social services have been identified, designating three main dimensions: political, technical and territorial.
