Abstract
Ikerketa honetan fase-aldaketan oinarritzen den murgiltze bidezko hozte-sistema aztertu da, pool boiling bezalaezagutzen dena, ohiko aire bidezko hozte-sistemaren aldean bero gaitasun handiagoa baitu. Hozketa-prozesuhau geroz gehiago erabiltzen da, esaterako datu-zentroetan edo auto elektrikoen baterietan.Fenomeno haudeskribatzen duen pool boiling kurbak karakterizatu dira kobrezko gainazal leundua presio atmosferikoan ikertuz.Novec – 7000 likido dielektrikoaren portaera aztertu da horretarako set-up esperimentala diseinatuz. Lortutakoemaitzetatik, gainazalaren tenperaturaren bilakaera aztertu da bero-fluxuarekiko.
This paper analyses the immersion cooling system, based on the phase change of the fluid, known as pool boiling,for its higher heat capacity compared to the conventional air-cooled system.This type of system is used indata centres or in the batteries of electric cars. The pool boiling curves describing this phenomenon have beencharacterised by analysing a polished copper surface at atmospheric pressure. The behaviour of the dielectricliquid Novec -7000 has been analysed using a set-up designed for this purpose. From the results obtained, theevolution of the boiling surface temperature with respect to the heat flux has been studied.
