Abstract

Lan honetan, Mindfulness Birtualean oinarrituriko esku-hartze programaren diseinua, inplementazioa eta ebaluazioa aurkezten dira. Betiere, AGHNaren diagnostikoa duten haur eta nerabeei aplikaturik. Lehen zatia eremu teorikoari eskainiko zaio, hain zuzen ere, AGHNaren kontzeptualizazioa eta nahasteak garapen psikologikoan eragiten dituen zailtasunak aurkeztuko dira. Gainera, nahasteari aurre egiteko teknika osagarriak deskribatuko dira, mindfulness-a eta errealitate birtuala, alegia. Bigarren zatian, mindfulness birtualean oinarritutako “Lau Urtaroak” deritzon esku-hartze programa berritzaile baten diseinua eta ebaluazio sistema aurkeztuko dira. Hirugarren zatian, esku-hartzearen emaitzak ezagutaraziko dira. Azkenik, etorkizuneko lan-ildoak laburbilduko dira.
In this Project, we will present the design, implementation and evaluation of the intervention program based on Virtual Mindfulness applied to children and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD. The first part will be devoted to the theoretical background where we explain the conceptualization of ADHD and the difficulties that the disorder can bring in psychological development. Afterwards, we preset the new methods to treat the disorder: mindfulness and virtual reality. In the second part, we will present the design and evaluation system of an innovative program based on virtual mindfulness and called "Four Seasons" In the third part, the results of the intervention will be released. Finally, we will discuss about future directions of the topic.
