Abstract
Ikerketa honen helburua da egungo testuinguru historikoan gero eta premiazkoagoa den arazo bat aztertzea: pobrezia-inguruneetan gertatzen den ahalmen kognitiboen uzkurdura, alegia, uzkurtze epistemikoa. Pobrezia-inguruneek oinarrizko ahalmenen garapena oztopatzen dute, besteak beste, gaitasun kognitiboak eta komunikazio-gaitasunak biltzen dituztenak. Miranda Frickerren injustizia epistemikoen proposamenean bereziki interesgarria eta kontuan eduki beharreko fenomenoa da. Egungo testuinguru ekonomiko eta sozialean, kapitalismo kognitiboarena, hain zuzen ere, dinamika horien ondorio kaltegarriak eta pobreziaren kronifikazioa bortizki indartzen dira, bukle amaigabe batzuen bidez.
The objective of this research is to analyze an increasingly urgent problem in the current historical context: the contraction of epistemic capabilities that occurs in environments of poverty, which can be described as epistemic contraction. Poverty environments obstruct the development of basic capabilities, those ones that enclose cognitive and communicative skills. This phenomenon is interesting and necessary in the literature created after Miranda Fricker’s proposal of epistemic injustice. In the current economic and social context of cognitive capitalism the potential damaging effects of these dynamics and the chronification of poverty are precisely reinforced, through never-ending loops.
