Errealitate areagotuko sistema baten diseinu eta balioztatze esperimentala haririk gabeko integrazioarekin, auditoriumetan desgaitasuna pairatzen duten pertsonen esperientzia hobetzeko

Abstract

Egoera batzuetan, kultur jardueretan adibidez, erabiltzailearen esperientzia ingurunera ez egokitzeagatik mugatzen da, desgaitasuna pairatzen duten pertsonetan bereziki. Ildo horretatik, auditorioetan Context-Aware paradigma erabiltzeak funtzionalitate egokiak eman ditzake. Lan honen helburua erabiltzailearen esperientzia hobetzea bideragarria dela frogatzea da (adibidez, desgaitasuna pairatzen duten pertsonen autonomia hobetuz), haririk gabeko errealitate areagotuko (AR) sistema baten bidez (HoloLens smart glasses). Horretarako, neurketa-kanpaina benetako auditorio batean egin zen (Baluarte Batzar Jauregia eta Nafarroako Auditoriuma). Haririk gabeko komunikazioaren estimazioak aurkezten dira, 3D Ray Launching softwarean oinarrituta, zerbitzuko kalitatea balioztatzeko. Azkenik, entzumen-arazoak dituzten pertsonei laguntzeko aplikazio bat garatu zen, eta haren ezaugarri nagusiak auditorioan frogatu ziren.
There are situations in which user experience is limited owing to the lack of environment adaption in cultural activities, such as people with disabilities. In this sense, the adoption of Context Aware paradigms within auditoriums can provide adequate functionalities. This work is aimed at demonstrating the feasibility in enhancing user experience (e.g., improving the autonomy of disabled people) by means of an Augmented Reality (AR) device (HoloLens smart glasses) with wireless system integration. To carry out the demonstration, an intensive measurement campaign was performed in a real auditorium (Baluarte Congress Center) to evaluate the feasibility AR devices in a complex wireless propagation scenario. Deterministic wireless channel estimation based in volumetric 3D Ray Launching have been obtained to assess quality of service metrics. Finally, a user-friendly application to help hearing impaired people was developed and its main features were tested in the auditorium.
