Abstract
Baloi pneumatiko komertzial baten zurruntasun estatiko bertikal zein horizontala aztertzea helburu duen ikerketa proiektua da. Batetik, Festo EB-145-60 baloi komertziala eskura izanik, Instron makina hidraulikoaren bitartez, entsegu estatiko eta 0-400Hz bitarteko entsegu dinamikoak egin dira. Bestetik, eta era paraleloan, Abaqus erreminta erabiliz, baloi beraren FEM (Finite Element Model) eredua egin da, datu esperimentalekin balidaturiko elementu finituetan oinarritutako modeloa hain zuzen ere. Azkenik, simulazio ezberdinak eginez, baloi pneumatikoa definitzen duten eraikitze parametroek (zuntzen inklinazio angeluak batez ere) zurruntasun estatikoan duten eragina aztertu da.
Vertical and horizontal static stiffness of Festo EB-145-60 commercial air spring is analyzed in the present research project. On the one hand, experimental measurements of the static and dynamic stiffness of the air spring are done in an Instron hydraulic testing machine in a range of 0-400 Hz. On the other hand, in parallel, a FEM (Finite Element Model) model is developed in ABAQUS, which is validated by comparing with experimental measurements. Finally, different simulations are carried out which allow establishing the influence of construction parameters (more precisely the angle at which fibers are disposed) on the dynamic behavior of the air spring.
