Abstract
Lan honetan, propietate itsasgarri itzulkorrak dituen material polimeriko adimendu baten sintesia, karakterizazioa eta aplikazioa gauzatzeko hainbat teknologia ikertu eta garatzea proposatzen da. Horretarako, bi osagaien nahaste fisikoan oinarritutako proportzio ezberdinetako formulazioak sintetizatuko dira. Osagaiak, propietate itsasgarriak dituen material termoplastiko erdikristalino eta itsasgarriari propietate mekaniko eta estrukturalak emango dizkion erretxina termoegonkor bat izango dira.
In the present work, smart polymers were used in order to develop different technologies for the synthesis, characterization and application of reversible adhesives using the characteristic transitions that take place in polymers. For this, different formulations were synthetized based on the physical mixture of two components. The adhesive consists on a semi crystalline thermoplastic that has adhesive properties and a epoxy resin, whose function is to give to the adhesive mechanical and structural properties. Consequently, the material is both a rigid and a reversible adhesive.
