Abstract
Eritasun zeliakoa (CD) glutenaren eraginez genetikoki suszeptibleak diren indibiduoetan ematen den gaixotasun autoimmunea da. Toll-like hartzaileek (TLR) inflamazio autoimmunea emateko beharrezko elementuak aktibatzen dituzte. Ikerketa honetan TLR bidezidorraren adierazpen azterketa egin da eritasun zeliakoan. Gaixotasun aktiboan bidezidorra alteratuta ikusi da, eta bidezidorrean zehar aurkitutako alterazio maila ezberdina dela eta, hau hartzaileetatik ur-behera dagoela iradokitzen da.
Celiac disease (CD) is an autoimmune disease that develops in genetically susceptible individuals due to ingested gluten. Toll-like receptors (TLR) activate essential components necessary to develop an autoimmune inflammation. In this study the expression of the TLR pathway has been analyzed in celiac disease. Untreated patients showed an altered pattern, and different degrees of alteration among the pathway suggest a probable alteration downstream of the receptors.
