Abstract
Gainazalak anplifikaturiko Raman espektroskopiaren (SERS) eta polimerozko nukleo hutsezko zuntz optiko mikroegituratuen (HC-mPOF) konbinaketak, sustantzia kimiko edo biologikoen azterketarako sentikortasun handiko neurketa-plataforma indartsua eskaintzen du, espezifikotasun molekularra, sentsibilitatea eta fidagarritasuna altuak izanik. Lan honetan, Kagome sareta duen HC-mPOFa erabiliaz, denboran egonkorra eta erreproduzigarria den metileno urdin disoluzioaren Raman seinalea neurtu da, zilarrezko nanopartikulekin nahastuta. Laginarekin izandako interakzio luzearen eta argi sakabanatuaren gidapenaren ondorioz, jasotako seinalearen handiagotzea erakusten dute emaitzek.
The combination of Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) and Hollow Core microstructured Polymer Optical Fibers (HC-mPOF) offers a strong platform for sensitive molecular fingerprinting of chemical and biological compounds, allowing molecular specificity, high sensitivity and reliability. In this work, employing Kagome lattice HC-mPOFs, we report reproducible and time-stable experimental Raman spectra of Methylene Blue target molecule. This is achieved by filling the holes of the HC-mPOF with the analyte solution, together with Ag nanoparticles. The results show an increase in the received signal due to large interaction length with the sample and the guidance of the scattered light.
