Gaur egun bizitegi-eraikina da, hiribilduaren jardueran erabat integratuta dagoena. Hiru lokal ditu, bi etxebizitza eta ganbara / estudio bat. Lan honetan, dorretxe honen eraikuntza-analisi historikoaren emaitzak modu eskematikoan aurkezten dira, eraikin baten etengabeko egokitzapenaren adibide gisa, gizarte-bilakaeratik sortutako eskaeretara, Behe Erdi Arotik gaur egunera arte. The origins, (14th century), purpose, typology and morphology of the Portalondo tower house in Hernani (Gipuzkoa) are the same as all tower houses built in the Basque Country. It is currently a residential building, fully integrated into the town’s activity. It contains three business premises, two apartments and a loft/studio. In this paper, we schematically present the findings from the historic building analysis of this tower house as an example of the continuous adaptation of a building to the requirements arising from social developments, from the Late Middle Ages to the present day.analisi historiko konstruktiboaPortalondo dorretxeaHistoric building analysisPortalondo tower houseArkitekturaEuskal HerriaHistoriaHernaniko (Gipuzkoa) Portalondo dorretxearen analisi historiko-konstruktiboaintroduction
