Karraskarien garuntxoan, garapenean eta helduaroan, EKSren adierazpen handia dago zuntz paraleloen bukaera sinaptikoetan (ZPBS). CB1ren jaiotzetiko gabeziak animalia helduen ZPBSetan izan dezakeen eragina aztertu dugu kalteberatasun desberdina duten V. eta X. lobuluetan. ZPBSen ultraegitura mailako zenbait parametro neurtu ditugu CB1 adierazten ez duten saguetan. CB1 hartzailearen gabeziak ZPBSen morfologian aldaketa esanguratsuak eragiten ditu jatorrizko saguekin alderatuz, batez ere kalteberena den garuntxo-eremuan.The endocannabinoid-system (ECS) is involved in the brain’s developmental processes and its main role in the adulthood is the regulation of the synaptic transmission mainly through the CB1 cannabinoid receptor. The ECS is widely expressed in the rodent`s cerebellum during early development and in the adulthood mostly at the parallel fibre terminals (PFT). We wanted to know the effect of lacking CB1 at the ultrastructural features of the PFT belonged to lobe V and X which show different sensibility to be damaged in pathological situations. We measured different parameters on these PFT in mice lacking CB1. Our results show that the lack of CB1 has a significant impact onto the PFT morphology at ultrastructural level.endokannabinoide sistemagaruntxoazuntz paraleloakCB1-KOmikroskopio elektronikoa.endocannabinoid systemcerebellumparallel fibresCB1-KOelectron microscopy.MedikuntzaNatur ZientziakCB1 kannbinoideen hartzaile gabeziaren eragina garuntxoko zuntz paraleloetanintroduction
