Ekonomia Sozialeko Erakundeetan (ESE), helburu ekonomikoak helburu sozialak lortzekobitarteko bat besterik ez dira. Izan ere, helburu sozialen eta ekonomikoen artean hierarkia bat dago,hierarkia orekatu bat: helburu ekonomikoen garrantzia baina helburu sozialen lehentasuna. Oreka horikudeatzeko, ESE-ek neurketa- eta kudeaketa-tresna propioak landu behar dituzte. Gure ustez, tresnahoriek adierazleen sistema integralak edo multidimentsionalak dira. Ikerketa honetan, ESE motazehatz baten kasua aztertuko dugu, Ikastolen kooperatiba esperientziaren kasua. Kudeaketarakolanabes zehatz bat proposatzea izango da gure ekarpena: Ikastolen Kudeaketa Orekatuaren Sistema. In Social Economy Organizations (ESEs), economic goals arejust one of the tools to achieve social goals. In fact, there is a hierarchy between social andeconomic goals, a balanced hierarchy: the importance of economic goals but the priority ofsocial goals. To manage this balance, ESEs need to develop their own measurement andmanagement tools. In our view, these tools are comprehensive or multidimensional systems ofindicators. In this study, we will examine the case of a specific type of ESE, the case of theIkastola cooperative experience.
