Izan ere, hauen egituran beirazko trantsizio-tenperatura baxuko kate molekular malguak eta uretano segmentu zurrunak txandakatuta aurkitzen dira. Poliuretanoen (PU) artean, forma-memoria PUak (SMPU) interes handikoak dira, propietate oso bereziak dituztelako, errekuperazio tenperatura tarte zabala, esate baterako. Gainera, prozesatze ona, malgutasun, elastikotasun eta urradurarekiko erresistentzia ezin hobea daukate eta biobateragarriak dira. Lan honetan polimero hauen artearen egoera erakutsiko da, hau da, erabiltzen diren osagaiak (poliola, diisozianatoa eta kate hedatzailea) eta sintesia. Azkenik, nola karakterizatzen edo ebaluatzen den forma-memoria kapazitatea edo gaitasuna azalduko da analisi termomekanikoa (TMA) erabiliz.Elastomers are generally described as highly elastic materials, what it means that have the ability to be deformed under a load, and recover almost completely when the load stops. This elasticity, in case of polyurethanes (PUs), is the result of a particular molecular structure consisting of flexible molecular chains with low glass transition temperatures alternating with hard urethane segments. Among polyurethanes, shape memory PUs (SMPUs) generate great attention because of their unique properties, such as wide range of recovery temperatures. Moreover, these materials show good processability, flexibility, elasticity, good abrasion resistance and excellent biocompatibility. In this work, state of the art of this polymers is going to be shown, this is, the mixing components (polyol, diisocyanate and chain extender) and synthesis. Finally, the characterization or evaluation of shape memory capacity is explained by thermo-mechanical analysis (TMA).materialakpolimeroakpoliuretanoakforma-memoria polimeroak.materialspolymerspolyurethanesmemory shape polymers.
