Using qualitative methodology, 115 participants from the Basque Autonomous Community (age range: 60-85 years) were given a free exercise to encounter the word "Coronavirus". According to the results, in principle, the government and the media are criticised for not giving a clear message. However, emotions and risk are significantly expressed in relation to age.
