In February 2007, we inquired inhabitants in the towns in which the project of the Basque Y is going place. Our aim was to find out the inhabitants opinion, participation and the information they had on the infrastructure. In this paper a critical interpretation of that information is presented. We will also try to portray the institutions behaviour and discourse.Idazlan honetan AHTren inguruko iritzien azterketa bat egiten dugu. 2007ko otsailean euskal Y proiektuak kaltetzen dituen udalerrietan bizi diren biztanleei inkesta bat egin genien. Behin horiek geureganatuta, orri hauetan emaitzen interpretazio kritiko bat egiten dugu.
