Enbrioi eta baita animalia helduetan ere EKS zerebeloan dela jakina da. Karraskarien zerebeloaren garapena enbrioi aroan hasten bada ere, jaio ondorengo 3 asteetara arte ez da bukatzen. Horretaz baliatu gara EKSak garapeneko prozesuetan parte hartzen duen aztertzeko mikroskopio elektronikoaren bitartez. EKSko osagai desberdinek, helduarekin alderatuz, kokapen berezitua aurkezten dutela ikusi dugu; helduan eta garapenean duten funtzio desberdinaren adierazle. Bestalde, CB1 kannabinoideen hartzailearen gabeziak izan dezakeen eragina ezagutu nahi izan genuen. Horretarako, funtzio aldetik desberdinak diren eta erasoen aurrean sentsibilitate desberdina erakusten duten zerebeloaren bi eskualdetan, ultraegiturari mailako zenbait parametro neurtu genituen aldaketa nabarmenak aurkituz. The endocannabinoid system (ECS) in the adult modulates the neurotransmitter release but last investigations have confirmed that it also participates in developmental processes. This system is present in the cerebellum at embrionary state as well as in the adult. The development of the rodent´s cerebellum starts at embrionary state and continues until the third week after birth. We have used this fact in order to analyze whether the ECS participates at these developmental processes by electron microscopy approach. Our results show the different components of the ECS present specific locations differents to the adult indicative of the different functions that they exert in the development and in the adult. Apart from that, we also wondered the possible effects that could have had the lack of the CB1 cannabinoid receptor at two cerebellar functional divisions which have a different sensitivity to be damaged. We carried out the analysis of different ultrastructural parameters at those divisions where we observed significant changes.endokannabinoide sistemazerebeloagarapenazuntz paraleloakCB1-KOmikroskopio elektronikoa.endocannabinoid systemcerebellumdevelopmentparallel fibresCB1-KOelectron microscopy.MedikuntzaEndokannabinoideak eta zerebeloaren garapenaintroduction
