Abstract

Infusio mota ezberdinek duten ahalmen antioxidatzailea aztertzeko metodo berri bat garatu da Folin-Ciocalteu erreakzioa oinarritzat hartuz, honela determinazio kolorimetriko bat egin ahal izateko irudi digitalen analisi bidez. Horrez gain, metodo berri honen optimizazioa, baldintzen azterketa eta automatizazioa garatu dira, helburu honetarako ez ezik argi ikuskorra absorbatzen duen edozein konposaturen irudi digitalen analisi bidezko determinaziorako baliagarria den inguruko argiaren zuzenketa eta on-line programa bat garatuz: MADDI.A new method has been developed for the determination of the antioxidant capacity of infusions based on the Folin-Ciocalteu method, so a colorimetric determination can be carried out by analysis of digital images. Furthermore, the analysis conditions of this method have been examined, optimized and not just for this method but for the determination of any visible light absorbing compound a light correction and an on-line program for the automation of the picture processing have been developed: MADDI.
