| dc.description | The general aim of this paper is to analyze the contribution that social innovation makes to the local economic development. We will specifically study how interaction among actors and collective action affect in local development processes. First of all, we define and delimit the broad concept of social innovation from the local development perspective. The community-based social innovation stresses the importance of social and institucional capital and relational capital and, therefore, approaches social innovation to the concept of human development. Social innovation puts at the center of his strategy the transformation and innovation of local governance pattern. | dc.description | Lan honen helburu nagusia berrikuntza sozialaren teoriak tokiko ekonomia-garapenari eskaintzen dion balio erantsia aztertzea da. Batik bat tokiko garapenean parte hartzen duten eragileen arteko trukeek eta ekinbide kolektiboak tokiko garapen horretan duten ekarpena izango da aztergai. Berrikuntza sozialaren kontzeptu zabala tokiko garapenaren ikuspegitik zedarritzen eta mugatzen saiatuko gara lehenik eta behin. Berrikuntza sozialaren komunitate-oinarriak kapital sozialaren eta instituzionalaren eta harreman-kapitalaren garrantzia azpimarratzen du eta giza garapenaren kontzeptura hurbiltzen du berrikuntza soziala.
