Abstract
Konbertasen eginkizuna tumoreen garapenean sarritan ikertu da eta tumore-zeluletan horien adierazpen-mailan gertatutako aldaketak deskribatu dira. Artikulu honetan, konbertasen garrantzia minbizian ikertzen dugun arren, ikertzen dugun zelula ez da minbizi zelula. Konbertasen adierazpena tumorearen mikroingurunean aztertzen dugu gibeleko sinusoideko zelula endotelialetan konbertasen adierazpena ikertuz. Modu honetan, gibel sinusoideko zelula endotelialen konbertasen adierazpenean gertatutako aldaketak aztertu ditugu, SW620rekin (koloneko tumore-zelula metastatikoak) zein CSC-SW620rekin (koloneko tumore-zelula ama metastatikoak) kontaktuan jartzerakoan. Hala, mRNA mailan, zelula endotelial hepatikoen konbertasen adierazpenean aldaketak ikusten dira, eta bereziki interesgarriak dira PCSK9 eta PACE4-n gertatutako aldaketak.
The role of convertases in tumor development has often been investigated and changes in the expression level of convertases in tumor cells have been described. In this article, although we investigate the importance of convertases in cancer, the cell we investigate is not the cancer cell. We studied the expression of convertases in the tumor microenvironment by investigating their expression in hepatic sinusoid endothelial cells. Thus, we have analyzed the changes produced in the expression of convertases in hepatic sinusoid endothelial cells upon contact with both SW620 (metastatic colon tumor cells) and CSC-SW620 (metastatic colon stem cells). Thus, at the mRNA level, changes in the expression of hepatic endothelial cell convertases are observed, with changes in PCSK9 and PACE4 being of particular interest.
