Abstract
Azken hamarkadetan lanaren munduan aldaketa esanguratsuak jazo dira. Teknologiaren garapena eta deslokalizazio prozesuen ondorioz, mendebaldean hegemonikoa izan den lan eredu industrialaren gainbehera gertatu eta gero, lan eredu berriak jarri dira martxan. Alienazioaren arrazoia zen fabrikako lanean, langileari ukatuak zitzaizkion malgutasuna, autonomia, kreatibitatea eta lanaren bitartez auto-errealizatzeko aukera, artistaren lan eta bizimoduaren ezaugarriekin bat egiten zuten orduan. Artistak, bere lanaren bitartez, auto-errealizatzeko parada zuen. Fabrikako langileari ukatuak zitzaizkion ezaugarri haiek dira orain ordea, ekonomia-merkatuan plusbalioa sortzen dutenak. Zentzu horretan, artistaren lana eta bizimodua eredugarri suertatzen dira neoliberalismoarentzat. Horregatik, ekonomia berrian, langileak alienatutako lanetik libratu eta lanaren bitartez auto-errealizatzeko modua duela sinestarazi nahi da, baina errealitatetik urrun, hau ondoez berrien biktima suertatzen da.
During the last decades there have been significant changes in the world of work. As a result of technological development and relocation process, which has been dominant in the West after the decline of the industrial model, the new models of work have been launched. In the alienated work of the factory, workers were denied the flexibility, autonomy, creativity and self-realizing. At that time were characteristic of work and the way of life of the artist. The artist could self-realize through work. Those characteristics that were denied to the factory worker, are now those that generate surplus value in the market economy. In this sense, it is the artist's work and way of life the model of neoliberalism. For that reason, in the new economy, they want to make believe that the worker has the possibility to be free of alienated work and can self-realize through work, but far from reality, is now a victim of new discomforts.
