Irakaskuntza publikorako sarbidearen azterketa: Europako irakasle-gaitasunak oinarri

Abstract

2020ko LOMLOE legeak eskola publikoko irakasleen hautaketa-sistema egokitzeko konpromisoa azaldu du. Azken hamarkadetan hautaketa-sistema berdintsu mantendu da eta ez da berrikuntzarik egin egungo errealitateari egokitzeko. Horrexegatik, ikerketa-lan honetan XXI. mendean behar ditugun irakasleak hautatzeko balio ote duen aztertu dugu. Ikusi dugunez, Euskadiko hautaketa-sistemak ikasgelako zereginei buruzko ezagutzak eta gaitasunak ebaluatzen ditu eta hori, nazioartean balioetsita dagoen ikuspegiaren arabera, ez da nahikoa, beharrezkoak diren irakasle-gaitasun asko ez baitira kontuan hartzen.

LOMLOE, the last education law of Spain, undertakes to adapt its teacher recruitment system. In recent decades, the teacher selection has remained the same and no innovations have been made to adapt it to the current situation. For this reason, we have analysed whether it serves to select the kind of teacher that is required in the 21st century. As we have seen, this selection system asses knowledge and skills about classroom tasks. According to the international perspective, this is not enough, as many of the necessary teaching skills are not taken into account.
