TRPV1 hartzaile gabeziak CB1 hartzailearen funtzioan eragina du hipokanpoko hortz bihurguneko bide zulatzaileko sinapsietan

Abstract

Potentzial aldakorreko lehen motako hartzaile vallinoideak (TRPV1) neurotransmisoreen jariapenean eta plastikotasun sinaptikoan eragiten du. Ikerketa honetan, erdialdeko bide zulatzailearen intentsitate baxuko kitzikapen estimuluak (10 Hz 10 min) jatorriz hartzaile honen gabezia duten saguetan (TRPV1-KO) jatorrizko animalietan agertzen den endokannabinoideen menpeko iraupen luzeko depresioa (eKB-eLTD) eKBen menpeko iraupen luzeko indartze batean bilakatzen da. Orokorrean, gure emaitzek adierazten dute TRPV1 hartzailearen gabeziak, EKSk bideratutako plastikotasun sinaptikoan egokitzapenezko aldaketak eragiten dituela.

The transient receptor potential vanilloid (TRPV1) receptor modulates neurotransmitter release and synaptic plasticity in the brain. In this study, we have observed that low frequency stimulation (10 Hz 10 min) of the Medial Perforant path in TRPV1-KO shifted the eCB-eLTD observed at these synapses in wild type mice to a eCB-LTP. Overall, these results indicate that the absence of TRPV1 receptors triggers adaptive changes in synaptic plasticity that involve the eCB system.
