Abstract
Lan honetan konpostarekin ongarritutako zoruetan sulfonamida antibiotikoak (sulfadiazina, sulfametazina, sulfapiridina, sulfatiazola eta sulfametoxazola) determinatzeko metodo analitiko baten optimizazio burutu da, erauzketa solido-likidorako ultrasoinu fokatua eta solido-likido erauzketa garbiketa erabiliz. Erauzketa kuantitatiboa lortzeko, erauzketa urratseko disolbatzailearen izaera eta garbiketa urratseko eluzio profila aztertu dira. Metodo analitikoa bi mailetan berretsi da (50 ng/g eta 150 ng/g) eta lortutako berreskurapen zuzenduek (% 75-107) metodoaren zehaztasuna bermatzen dute. Metodoaren kuantifikazio mugak kalkulatu ostean (<4.6 ng/g), Neikerrek hornitutatako lurra:konpost nahastea analizatzeko erabili da.
The present study is focused on the development of an analytical method based on focused ultrasonic solid-liquid extraction followed by a solid-phase extraction clean-up for the simultaneous analysis of certain sulfonamide antibiotics (sulfadiazine, sulfametazine, sulfapiridine, sulfatazole, sulfametoxazole) in soil. Different variables affecting the extraction (solvent nature) and the clean-up step (elution profile) were optimized in order to improve the sensitivity of the separation and detection steps. Exhaustively and precision in terms of apparent recovery and relative standard deviation (RSDs %) of the method were determined and values 75-107 % and > 20 % were obtained, respectively. Method detection limits below 4.6 ng/g were obtained and the developed methodology was applied to the analysis of soil purchased by NEIKER.
