Abstract

Garapen agentziak, tokiko garapenerako funtsezko eragile gisa, urteak daramatzate EAEko udal eta eskualde ezberdinetako garapen egitasmoak dinamizatzen. Bestalde, Gizarte Ekonomiak, bazkideen eta gizartearen beharrak asetzea eta eraldaketa sozioekonomikoa sustatzea helburu duten izaera anitzeko antolakundeak biltzen ditu. Artikulu honetan, EAEko garapen agentzietatik Gizarte Ekonomia sustatzeko aurrera eramandako ekimen ezberdinak azaltzen dira. Horretarako, lehenengo, tokiko garapenari, Gizarte Ekonomiari eta hau sustatzeko esku-hartze publikorako marko orokorrari hurbilketa bat egingo zaio.Development agencies, as key agents in local development, have been promoting development projects in different counties and municipalities of the Basque Country for years. On the other hand, the Social Economy brings together diverse organizations that aim to satisfy the needs of their partners and society and promote socioeconomic transformation. This article describes various initiatives carried out by the development agencies of the Basque Country to promote the Social Economy. To this end, first, an approach has been made to local development, the Social Economy and the general framework of public intervention for its promotion.
