Abstract
Esposoma gizakiok bizitza osoan zehar jasaten ditugun esposizio guztiek osatzen dute. Horien artean, konposatu kimikoekiko esposizioa nabarmendu daiteke. Substantzia kimikoak gure egunerokoan nonahi daude eta etengabeko erabileraren ondorioz, gorputz barrura barnera ditzakegu. Gorputzean ematen diren erreakzio metabolikoen ondorioz, konposatuak eraldatu eta gernutik kanporatu ohi dira. Hori dela eta, gernua esposoma aztertzeko jariakin interesgarria da. Lan honetan, konposatu kimikoen bi familia (disruptore endokrinoak eta konposatu mugikor eta iraunkorrak) eta hauen metabolitoak gernuan analizatzeko metodo analitikoak deskribatzen dira likido kromatografia-masa espektrometria erabilita.
The exposome is the collection of all exposures we suffer throughout our lifespan. Precisely, the exposure to chemicals can be highlighted. Chemicals are present everywhere in our daily lives, and due to their constant use, they can be introduced to our bodies. Within our bodies, chemicals are metabolized and excreted through urine. Consequently, urine is a very interesting biological fluid for understanding the exposome. In this work, analytical methods for analyzing two chemical families (endocrine disruptors and persistent and mobile compounds) are described by means of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.
