Komunitarioa: gizarte zerbitzuetarako aukera

Abstract

Gizarte Zerbitzuek gizartearen ongizatea bermatzea helburu dutela ulertu daiteke, aldiz, helburu horri heltzea oztopatzen dien erronka estruktural batzuk dituzte. Lan honetan, erronkak ezagutu, hauek aztertu eta gizarte langintzaren dimentsio komunitarioaren bidez, gainditzeko planteamenduak proposatzen dira. Gizarte langintza komunitariotik eratorritako planteamenduak parte hartzean eta harreman sareetan oinarritzen dira, egoera sozialak modu kolektiboan ulertuz eta ondorioz, eraldaketara bideratuz. Azkenik, Gizarte Zerbitzuen Euskal Sistemaren baitan, dimentsio komunitarioaren garapena ezagutu nahi izan da, hausnarketa errealitatera hurbiltzeko asmoz. It can be understood that Social Services are aimed at ensuring the well-being of society, while there are some structural challenges that hinder them from achieving this goal. In this work, approaches are proposed to know the challenges, analyze them and overcome them through the community dimension of social work. Approaches derived from community social work are based on participation and networks of relationships, understanding social situations in a collective way and, as a result, focusing on transformation. Finally, within the Basque Social Services System, the aim was to get to know the development of the community dimension, with the aim of bringing reflection closer to reality.
