Haur Astinduaren Sindromearen inguruko hausnarketa eta Erizaintzaren esku hartzea

Abstract

Haur Astinduaren Sindromea osasun publikoko arazo larri bat da eta ondorio fisiko eta psikologiko zuzen eta larriak dakartza. Haurren segurtasuna arriskuan jartzen duen fenomeno bat denez, eta arrisku faktoreetariko batzuk prebenigarriak direla kontuan izanda, garrantzitsua da gizarte mailan zein osasun sisteman, honen inguruko ezagutzak zabaltzea. Erizaintzako profesionalek honen inguruko formakuntza edukitzea beharrezkoa da detekzio, prebentzio eta deribazio lana modu egokian egin ahal izateko. Berrikuspen bibliografiko honen helburua, sindromearen gaineko hausnarketa bat egitea da, arrisku faktore garrantzitsuenak identifikatuz, ondorioak aztertuz eta erizaintzako profesionalen rol eta eginkizunak zehaztuz.

Shaken Baby Syndrome is a severe problem of public health and it causes straight and critical physical and psychological consequences. As a phenomenon that endangers the security of the children, and considering that some of the danger factors are preventable, it is important to take knowledge about this syndrome at the level of the society and health system. It is necessary that the nursing professionals had knowledge about this to act in an adequate way in its detection, prevention and derivation work. The objective of this bibliographic revision is to make a reflection on the syndrome, studying the most important risk factors, identifying consequences and specifying the role and participation of these professionals.
