| dc.description | In this article we explain the religious buildings’ ownership in its legal historic aspect. From history of law’s point of view, we must explain four subjects about this ownership: patronage and ownership (we must not confuse Patronage and Ownership), different types of buildings (cathedrals, parish churches, monastery and convents, konfraternity´s headquarters, ermitages…), liberal state´s disentailment and Franco´s time laws.
