Abstract
CEMIP proteinaren adierazpena hantura kronikoari lotutako egoera patologikoetan deskribatu da, minbizia kasu. Egoera horietan, CEMIP matrize estrazelularraren berrantolaketarekin eta minbiziaren progresioarekin erlazionatu da. Lan honetan, CEMIPen eragina larruazaleko fibroblastoen mugikortasunean ikertu da, larruazaleko melanomaren mikroinguruneko oinarrizko zeluletan alegia. Bai melanoma zelulek zein fibroblastoek CEMIP jariatu dezaketela zehaztu ondoren, bi zelula horiek jariatutako CEMIPek larruazaleko fibroblastoen mugikortasuna erregulatzen duela frogatu da.
CEMIP is a protein with increased expression under chronic inflammation-involving conditions such as cancer, often linked to extracellular matrix remodeling and tumor progression. As shown in this work, motility of skin fibroblasts, key components of tumor microenvironment in cutaneous melanoma, was regulated by cellular CEMIP levels. Moreover, secreted CEMIP, both by fibroblasts and melanoma cells, was also able to modulate skin fibroblast migration.
