| dc.description | The main objective of this article is to review theories related to Retirement Preparing Programs. As a consequence of retirement, individuals’ daily life makes big changes, time spent in working places becomes free time, lost of the working role, etc. which may take the retired person to suffer situations like anxiety, depression and the need to find some activities to give sense to their lives. Taking this into account, many authors who investigate on retirement claim the importance of Retirement Preparing Programs. In fact, by these programs, negative consequences of retirement can be avoided and life quality improved. | en-US |
| dc.description | Artikulu honek Erretirorako Prestakuntza Programen errebisio teorikoa egitea du helburu. Erretiroaren ondorioz gizabanakoaren egunerokotasuna aldatu egiten da, besteak beste, lantokian igarotzen zen ordutegia denbora libre bilakatzen da, langilearen rola galtzen da eta egoera horren ondorioz, erretiratuak hainbat egoera paira ditzake, adibidez, egonezina, antsietatea, depresioa eta zentzua emango dioten jarduerak bilatu beharra. Hori kontuan izanik, erretiroaren gaia ikertu duten egile askok azpimarratu dutenez, erretirorako prestakuntza-programak oso garrantzitsuak dira.
