Hidrogenoaren garraio-parametroen arteko erlazio isotopikoa

Abstract

Fusio nuklearraren ikerketa-ildo nagusietako bat erreaktoreak osatzen dituzten materialen karakterizazioan eta horiek hidrogeno isotopoekin izango duten elkarrekintzaren azterketan oinarritzen da. Segurtasuna eta bideragarritasuna direla eta, interesgarria izango litzateke behar diren saiakuntza esperimentalak protioarekin soilik egiteko aukera izatea, emaitzak deuterio eta tritioarentzat estrapolatuz. Horretarako, urtetan zehar teoria klasikoa erabili da, difusibitateak masa atomikoekiko alderantzizko proportzioan erlazionatzen dituena. Hala ere, badirudi ratio hori ez dela betetzen eta, horregatik, FMLan dagokion azterlana egitea planteatu da, efektu isotopiko zuzena aztertzeko helburuarekin. One of the main lines of nuclear fusion research focuses on the characterisation of the materials that will make up the reactors and the study of their interaction with hydrogen isotopes. For reasons of safety and feasibility, it is of interest to be able to carry out the experimental tests required only with protium and extrapolating the results to deuterium and tritium. For years, the classical theory that relates diffusivities as inversely proportional to atomic masses has been assumed to be corrrect. However, this ratio does not seem to be fulfilled and therefore the corresponding study is proposed in the FML, with the aim of analysing the correct isotope effect. As a result, it has been confirmed that theoretical and experimental data do not match.
