ETB ingurune inklusiboa euskararentzat

Abstract

ETBk euskararen irisgarritasuna bermatu behar du euskara ulertzen ez duen jendeari ere aukera emanez edukiak uler ditzaten, eta horretarako azpidatziak eskaintzea lagungarri litzateke. Berdin euskara gutxi ulertzen dutenen kasuan ere, jatorrizko hizkuntzaren lagungarri litzatekeelako idatzizkoa. Eta, nola ez, entzuteko arazoak dituztenek ikus-entzunezkoetara sarbidea izan dezaten duten eskubidea bermatzeko. Horretarako ere balio baitu idatzizko bertsioak. Bidenabar, ulergarritasuna bermatzen den bitartean, euskara entzun egingo litzateke (eta ez bikoiztearen kasuan bezala, ezkutuan geratu). Horregatik uste dugu, ETB baliatu beharko litzatekeela ikus-entzunezko itzulpengintzan erabiltzen den teknologia eta irisgarritasun tresnez, hizkuntza gutxitura sarbidea emateko diskriminaziorik gabe eta aukera berdintasunean. Horixe erakusten saiatuko gara lan honetan.ETB must guarantee the accessibility of the Basque language giving the opportunity also to people who do not understand the language and it would be helpful to offer subtitles. The same for those who understand little Basque, as it can help to access to the original version. And of course, to guarantee the right of access to audiovisual media to hard-of-hearing people. The written version also serves this purpose. On the other hand, Basque would be heard while ensuring its understanding (and would not be hidden as in the case of dubbing). So we consider that ETB should take advantage from AVT (Audiovisual Translation) technology and also accessibility tools, to encourage the minority language, without discrimination and in equality of opportunities, and that is what this research wants to show That is what this research wants to show.
