Eraginkortasun Energetikoaren Ziurtagiriaren kalitatearen azterketa kanpo kontrolerako sistema hobetzeko

Abstract

Eraikinen Energia Eraginkortasun Energetikoaren Ziurtagiria (EEZ) Europar Batasunak duen tresna garrantzitsuenetako bat da Eraikinen Energia Eraginkortasunaren arloan. Hala ere, mesfidantza handia dago horien kalitatearen inguruan. Kalitatea ziurtatu nahi bada, kalitate kontrolerako sistemek eraginkorrak izan behar dute. Baina, gaur egun, hainbat sistema ezberdin aplikatu badira ere Europar Batasunean zehar, ez dira horiek emandako emaitzak ezagutzen. Lan honek EAEn aplikatu den sistema bidez lortutako emaitzak ebaluatzea du helburu, EEZen kalitatea aztertu eta hutsune eta potentzialak identifikatuz.Energy Performance Certificate is the main instrument of the EU in the field of energy efficiency in buildings. However, there is a lack of confidence in the quality of them. If quality assurance is to be assured, quality control systems should be effective and efficient. However, today, the results of the different systems implemented throughout Europe are not known. The aim of this study was to evaluate the results of the system implemented in Basque Country, based on the analysis of the quality of the certificates and identifying the potentials and gaps of the system.
