Abstract
Hipotalamo-guruin Pituitario-Gonada ardatza (HPG ardatza) ugalketa eta gametogenesiaren arduraduna da ornodunetan. Gene ugari dira ardatzean parte hartzen dutenak; horietako batzuk aukeratu ziren Chelon labrosus espezieko korrokoi ar eta emeen ziklo gametogenikoan duten transkripzio-patroia aztertzeko: kiss2, gpr54, gnrh1, gthα, lhβ, fshβ eta lhr. Ar eta emeen arteko desberdintasunak ikusi ziren transkripzio-mailetan; emeetan gametogenesiaren zeharreko beste arrain espezietan deskribaturiko patroi ezagunak ikusi zirelarik. Arretan aldiz, ikusitako transkripzio-aldaketak ez ziren hain nabariak izan, batez ere gonadotropinetan, eta kutsadura bezalako kanpo eragile baten efektua izan zitekeela proposatzen da.
The hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis (HPG axis) controls reproduction and gametogenesis in vertebrates. Several genes are involved coordinately in the axis; Transcription patterns of kiss2, gpr54, gnrh1, gthα, lhβ, fshβ and lhr were analyzed along the gametogenesis of female and male Chelon labrosus thicklip grey mullets Differences between males and females were observed. Females showed transcription patterns in accordance with those previously described for other teleosts. However, males showed different transcription profiles, genes not being so strongly regulated along spermatogensis. Thus, we suggest that environmental factors such as exposure to environmental contaminats may be involved.
