dc.descriptionThe aim of this paper is to analyze the adaptability shown by different kinds of teams of work to Small and Medium-sized Firms. In order to achieve this, we study the most important forms of teams: Autonomous teams, Ad Hoc teams and Quality Circles, looking for their raisons, their advantages and disadvantages. After viewing the general aspects, we try to explain how these teams of work suit to Small and Medium-sized Firms: how many of them use these teams, which are the specific problems they find when they introduce the team philosophy and the necessity to couple the team with the firm\'s strategy.en-US

Lan-talde mota garrantzitsuenak, beraien zergatia, iharduera, abantailak eta desabantailak, alegia. Bereziki aztertzen diren taldeak Talde Autonomoak, Ad Hoc taldeak eta Kalitate Zirkuluak dira. Lan-talde mota hauei buruzko ikuspegi orokorra eskaini ondoren, Enpresa Txiki eta Ertainetara nola egokitzen diren aztertzen da, hots: enpresaren estrategiarekin izan behar duten lotura, E.T.E.etan lan taldeek duten hedapena eta E.T.E.eta  aurkitzen dituzten oztopo bereziak.eu-ES
