dc.description.abstract | Hiponkanpoko horzdun zirkunboluzioko hilusean, CB1 hartzaile kannabinoide eta mGlu2 etamGlu3 glutamatoaren hartzaile metabotropikoen arteko hurbiltasuna eta kolokalizazioaren berri emanizan da. mGlu2 edo mGlu3 hartzaileak selektiboki ezabatzeko manipulatutako saguen burmuinakerabiliz CB1arekiko aipatutako mGlu bakoitzaren erlazioa zehaztu ahal izan dugu. mGlu2 hartzaileaprozesu neuronaletan ikusia izan zen, CB1-arekin kolokalizatu ahal zuen tokietan, mGlu3-a berriz,glia prozesuetan aurkitu zen eta, nahiz eta zenbait kasutan kolokalizazioa aurkeztu izan zuen,gehienetan CB1dun botoi sinaptikoekin harremana zuten sinapsien inguruko prozesuetan topatugenuen.Hitz gakoak: Horzdun zirkunboluzioa, mikroskopia elektronikoa, sistema endokannabinoidea,inmunohistokimika | eus |
dc.description.abstract | In the hilus of the dentate gyrus in the hippocampus, the proximity and co-localization ofcannabinoid CB1 receptor to mGlu2 and mGlu3 metabotropic glutamate receptors has beenpreviously reported. By using different brains of mice selectively targeted to delete mGlu2 or mGlu3we have been able to discriminate the relation of each mGlu to CB1. While mGlu2 was seen inneuronal processes where it could co-localize with CB1, mGlu3 was found in glial processes and,although small degree of co-localization was also demonstrated, mGlu3 was usually found inprocesses enveloping synapses some of which included a CB1 positive synaptic button. | en |
