Abstract
Gaur egungo bizimodu digitalizatu honetan eta Covid-19aren ondorioz Komunikazio Teknologien erabilera eta ikus-entzunezkoen kontsumoa inoiz baino altuagoa den garai hauetan, baliabide hauekin hazi eta hezi diren natibo digitalak deritzegun gazteak dira hazkunde horren eragile esanguratsuak. Baina, nola kontsumitzen dituzte euskal gazteek Internet bidezko plataformetako eta sare sozialetako edukiak? Ze kanaletan ikusten dituzte telebista konbentzionaleko edukiak? Euskal Herriko 11 eta 18 urte bitarteko ikasleei egindako inkestaren arabera, datuek argi uzten dute telefono mugikorrak nagusitasun argia duela kontsumoan, edukiak ikusteko plataformarik bisitatuena Youtube izanik. Telebistari dagokionez, kanal konbentzionalak gero eta gutxiago ikusten direla bistakoa da.
In today’s digitalized lifestyle and this era when the use of Information and Communication Technologies and the consumption of audiovisual content as a result of Covid-19 is higher than ever, digital natives who have grown with all these resources are a significant factor for this growth. But how does Basque youth consume audiovisual content on the Internet’s platforms and social media? On which channels do they watch conventional TV content? According to this inquiry conducted to young students in the ages 11 to 18 in the Basque Country, the data shows that the cellphone has the dominance among the devices used for content consumption and YouTube being the most important platform for it. Data demonstrated that in television, conventional channels are less and less visible.
