dc.description.abstract | Euskal Herriko Unibertsitateko (EHU) erizaintzako lehen mailako ikasleek elikadura ikasgaia jaso ondoren elikadura sinesmenetan eta hautaketetan izandako aldaketak aztertzen dira ikerketa honetan. Parte-hartzaileek lauhileko batean 3 aldiz bete zuten Internet bidez hurrengo atalak biltzen zituen galdetegi bat: datu antropometrikoak; sinesmen arrazional eta irrazionalak; eta elikadura plater osasungarrien aukeraketa. Nahiz eta ikasleek sinesmen arrazionalen maila altua erakutsi zuten, sinesmen irrazionalen eta plateren hautaketa ez osasungarrien artean lotura handia nabarmendu zen. dc.description.abstract | This study analyzes the changes in the beliefs and food choices of first-year nursing students at the University of the Basque Country (EHU/UPV) after receiving the nutrition course. For this purpose, participants completed an online questionnaire with anthropometric data, rational and irrational beliefs and a questionnaire on healthy food choices 3 times during a four-month period. Although students showed a high level of related rational beliefs, irrational beliefs were related to a high level of choosing unhealthy dishes. Teaching the nutrition course allowed a correction of irrational beliefs by improving healthy food choices. | en |
