dc.description.abstractLan honetan, magnetitazko nanopartikula magnetikoak eskuratzeko metodoa optimizatu da, eta eskuratutako nanopartikulak hipertermia magnetiko bidezko kantzerraren terapia aurrera eramateko ikertu dira. Horretarako, hauen funtzionalizazioa burutu da, aldez aurretik sintetizaturiko polimero bat erabiliz, eta bere beroketa ahalmena aztertu da, eremu alternoko magnetometria baliatuz.eus
dc.description.abstractIn this work, we have carried out the optimization of a method for obtaining magnetic nanoparticles of magnetite, which have been studied as inductors of magnetic hyperthermia against cancer. For this, a functionalization has been carried out, using a previously synthesized polymer and the heating capacity has been studied by means of alternating field magnetometry.en
