dc.description.abstract | Lan honetan, kuantifikazio digitalaren bidez zelula-proteina interakzioak neurtzeko teknika zehatza eta azkarra azaltzen da. Horretarako, “Microcontact Printing (µCP)” deritzon “patterning” edo egituraketa teknikaz baliatuz, zelulen banan-banako atxikipena induzitzeko proteina-patroi optimizatua sortu da. Patroia atxikipen gune independienteak diren proteina irlez osatuta dago, sare bat osatuz, eta zelula-proteina interakzioak okupazio portzentai eran kuantitatiboki adieraziz. Lan honetan lortutako jakintzak terapia zelularretan eta medikuntza pertsonalizatuan eragina izatea du helburu. | eus |
dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we report an accurate and rapid method to make digital quantifications of cell-proteininteractions. We use a patterning technique called “Microcontact Printing (µCP)” to form a proteinpattern which creates an array optimised to promote single cell adhesion. Thanks to this array withindependent adhesion sites, cell-protein interactions can be quantitatively measured as occupationpercentage. The knowledge gained from this work aims to make an impact in cellular therapies andpersonalised medicine. | en |
