Euskal kirol federazioak, berdintasunaren utopia

Abstract

Ikerketa honek goi-mailako emakume kirolariek federazioetan bizitako esperientziak aztertzen ditu. Helburua haien bizipenak ikertzea da, emakume horiek kirol erakundeen esparruan duten errealitatea ezagutzea da. Lan hau kasu azterketa bat da, emakumeek federazioetan bizi izandako egoera asimetrikoak aztertzen dituena. Datuak biltzeko 19 elkarrizketa sakon eta 3 focus groups erabili izan dira. Nvivo-12 softwarea erabili da datuak aztertzeko, kategorizazio axiala eginez. Emaitzek emakumeek federazioetan aldaketa bat egitearen beharra agerian utzi eta balioztatzen dute. Ondorioen arabera, beharrezkoa da kirol erakundeetan aldaketak izatea eta emakumeen presentzia zuzendaritza karguetan handitzea.

This study investigates the experiences of high-level female athletes in sports federations. The objective is to investigate their experiences and learn about their reality in sports institutions. It is a case study that analyzes the situations of asymmetry experienced by girls in sports federations. The information was carried out through 19 in-depth interviews and 3 discussion groups. The Nvivo software has served for the analysis of the information with an axial categorization, as well has served for structuring the results. The results confirm the need observed by women athletes for changes in sports federations. Among the conclusions are the need for changes in sports entities and the need to increase the number of women in management positions.
