dc.description | In this work, we will present the impact of three innovative and complementary techniques that address the symptomatology of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD): Mindfulness, Virtual Reality and Virtual Mindfulness. In the first part, we will discuss the conceptualization of ADHD and difficulties generated on children psychological development. Secondly, we will describe the three techniques and their benefits on the biopsicosocial field. Thirdly, certain recommendations directed to the family and teachers of children with ADHD will be extended. Finally, we will discuss about strengths and weaknesses of this work and about the future directions of the topic. | en-US |
dc.description | Lan honetan, haurren arreta-gabeziaren eta hiperaktibitatearen nahasmendua (AGHN) jorratzeko eraginkorrak izan daitezkeen hiru teknika berritzaile eta osagarri aurkeztu nahi dira: mindfulnessa, errealitate birtuala eta mindfulness birtuala. Horrela, lan hau hiru zati nagusitan banatu da. Lehenik eta behin, AGHNaren kontzeptualizazioa berrikusiko da eta nahasmenduak haurren garapen psikologikoan eragiten dituen zailtasunak aurkeztuko dira.
