| dc.description | The aim of this article is to explain the attitude of the European Union from the Treaty of Rome as far as the minoritised languages. We have also analysed the treatment given by the European Constitutional to those languages and to the language rights. Finally we have analysed all articles of the treaty related to the language, and its influence in non-official languages speakers. We have concluded that they all have been still the same model.Even the Charter of Fundamental Rights based on the dignity, justice, freedom, equality, solidarity and citizens\' rights shows indifference to the languages that are not languages of State. | dc.description | Artikulu honetan Europar Batasunak Erromako Itunetik hizkuntza gutxituekiko izan duen jarrera azaldu nahi izan da. Horrela, Europako Itun Konstituzionalean hizkuntzei zein hizkuntza-eskubideei eskaini zaien lekua ere aztertu da. Itunaren hiru ataletan hizkuntzen inguruan agertzen diren artikuluen azterketa eta balorazioa agertu nahi izan da, bai eta horrek hizkuntza ofiziala ez den hizkuntzetako hiztunengan duen eragina ere.Maastricht, Niza, Amsterdam... guztiek eredu berari jarraitu izan diote. Are gehiago, duintasunean, askatasunean, berdintasunean, elkartasunean, herritartasunean eta justizian oinarritutako Batasunaren oinarrizko eskubideen gutunak ere ikusgabe bihurtzen gaitu.
