Abstract
DOCENTIAZ programak EHUko HEFA fakultateko irakaslegoaren irakaslanean duen eragina aztertzeko burutu da ikerketa kualitatibo hau. Ebaluazio orok hobekuntzarako balio duela ulertuta, bai eta EHUren plan estrategikoak bikaintasuna helburu duela ikusirik, testuinguru ezin hobea da HEFA fakultatea ikerketa hau aurrera eramateko, hezkuntzaren zientziez arduratzen den fakultatea baita. Honenbestez, kasu azterketa baten bidez eraman da aurrera ikerketa. Ondoriotzat, programa honek irakaskuntza praktikari buruzko hausnarketa bultzatzen badu ere, metodologiari dagokionean aldaketak behar dituela ezagutu ahal izan da.
This qualitative research has been made with the purpose of evaluating the effect the DOZENTIAZ programme has among the faculty’s teaching of the HEFA school from UPV/EHU. Based on the idea that every evaluation is for improvement, as well as knowing that UPV/EHU’s strategic plan’s objective is excellency, the HEFA school is an ideal environment to make this research, due to it been the school in charge of the educational sciences. As a result,, the programme should stress the importance of the reflection, making the implicit process explicit.
