Abstract
Bakterioek bere lehiakideetatik libratzeko hainbat mekanismo garatu dituzte, euren artean Pseudomonas aeruginosa, erasorako toxina anitzak garatu ditu. Proteina efektoreen artean Tse5 efektorea lehia horretan pieza klabea da. Ikerketa lan honetan Tse5-CT domeinu toxikoaren efektua eta itu zelularra aztertu da. Eskuratutako emaitzek Tse5-CT domeinuak itu zelularen mintzean txertatzeko ahalmena duela deskribatu da. Baita mintzaren despolarizazioa eragiteko kapazitatea duela aurkeztu da.
Bacteria have developed several mechanisms to get rid of their competitors, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which has developed multiple toxins to attack. Among the effector proteins, the Tse5 effector is a key piece in this competition. In this research work, the effect of the Tse5-CT toxic domain and its cellular fate have been analyzed. The obtained results have described the potential of Tse5-CT domains to insert into the cell membrane. It has also been shown to have the capacity to cause membrane depolarization.
