Kurkuma deribatudun gelatinazko filmen aktibitate antioxidatzailea

Abstract

THC antioxidatzaile natural bat da laktosarekin saretutako gelatinazko filmak eratzeko soluzioan gehitu dena, saretze erreakzioak eta gehitutako bioaktiboak filmen antioxidatzaile ahalmenean nola eragiten duten aztertzeko. Erreakzio kimikoa ematen den heinean konposatu fenolikoak sortzen direnez, laktosarekin erreakzionatutako filmek antioxidatzaile ahalmen (% 88.5) handiagoa erakusten dute laktosa gabeko filmek baino (% 84.5). Gainera, filmen bi aldeetan ordenamendu morfologiko ezberdinak ikusi dira THCren aglomerazio eta saretze erreakzioarengatik. Ondorioz, distira eta leuntasun gutxiagoko gainazalak eratu dira.

THC is a natural antioxidant which was incorporated into the film forming solutions of lactose crosslinked gelatin films in order to analyze the effect of the reaction and the addition of the bioactive in the antioxidant capacity of gelatin films. Since phenolic compounds are formed during chemical crosslinking of gelatin film, they showed higher antioxidant capacity (88.5 %) than films prepared without lactose (84.5 %). Furthermore, morphological changes were observed in both surfaces of gelatin films due to THC agglomeration and crosslinking, leading to less glossy and rougher surfaces.
